By the way - haven't seen these mentioned around, but that VapeRev provatip is really nice.
It's simple, relatively inexpensive (can't check the price - their site's down right now), and has the ProVari teardrops.
And it fits fine next to the KirF top screw...

I got my new Serenity Gear sleeve today... It has little hearts punched out all over it and red stitching! :D Also, note the cute little ProVarinati Murrini tanklet :)

Jetcity - that is gorgeous. I've been looking at that site but don't recall seeing that one! What is inside the hearts? Looks like something is in there. And the murini in red - brilliant.

I have some leather scraps and wanted to try making a sleeve but can't figure out how to make a stiff tube. My leather is Flexy.

Thanks :) I've been looking at Serenity Gear for a few months and this was the first time I saw a sleeve like this one so I grabbed it! There's nothing inside the hearts, it's just my polished provari showing through. :) I know I should give this one to my daughter because her red one would look really cute in it... maybe I'll post a pic. :D

I don't work with leather but I do know that these sleeves are made out of really thick stiff leather... you could make one more along the lines of the Parish sleeves below. They're made out of super flexible "glove" leather.

I have been looking at these for weeks. I love how they look but hate how metal tips feel. Does this tip feel like your vaping the metal or does the colored delrin wrap cover it enough that you don't feel the metal on your lips?

It's kind of in-between, actually! Metal doesn't bother me, but I do know what you mean - these aren't like using a ProTank1 for instance... At least MY fat lips land on the delrin...

Also, in case you didn't notice, there are TWO SIZES, and the really short ones, don't end in metal at all...
Mine is the longer one (still not long - it's sort of "typical driptip length").

Those are "anodized" which is a different feel/finish from Stainless Steel. Or whatever they do with ProTanks - it's not anodized...
So other one's that say anodized might be cool with you too!

The only metal ones that don't bother me seem to be the IBtanked drip tips. Not sure why but they don't seem so harsh or metallic tasting

I can typically handle the anodized, metal, etc. but I have a couple solid brass tips that I wanted to compliment the brass tatroe ring and base but they are "harsh"!! I have tried them on a few occasions but the brass tips are very metallic to me even compared to the all metal or steel ones!

It comes down to the quality of steel that's used. GP uses 316 for their drip tips and you can 100% tell the difference between them and a cheap 2$ one from fasttech etc. At 16$ they may seem a little expensive but they are well worth the money. They are very comfortable , the brushed finish on them is amazing and they taste no different than delrin IMO.

At least I can look for anodized and happy about that. I can not vape my IClear 30 at all. I get an awful metal taste from it and that damn rotating drip won't come off so its a wasted tank for me.
