Super easy build with readywire. I love mine. Next time I order from Bill I'm going to throw the bottle top in my cart. It's great with a beck and a tip but that bottle top is calling my name.

Beck? Bottle top? I just set up my sophia last night...I can make almost any kind of coil there is to be made, but that little simple sophia whooped my .... yesterday. I broke two ceramics, messed up two coils, then finally got it back together...awww vaping bliss...NOPE...I messed the pin up and no connection!!! Back apart again, pin back in place and decided to make a micro coil with cotton....yep vaping bliss!!! Not sure why I made it so hard yesterday!! Ordered two more last night and this time it shipped by Fed-ex..YAY!
Bill aka Billie-cig is the guy behind ByLeo.eu. The bottle top is one of the top pieces for either the dripper pro or the dripper spiral (same dripper just the PRO is made specifically for the provari). The bottle top has some very nice etching but is not for use with drip tips. The beck is an inverted funnel essentially that concentrates the vapor for flavor enhancement (built into Sophia).
Readywire is pre measured resistance wire bookended by two legs or nonresistance wire. I get mine from stormysvaporcellar. If you use any of the devices mentioned above NR-R-NR wire setup is a must usually what deters people but readywire makes it easy mode.

This is one of the videos I noticed that regular wire was used instead of R-NR on the dripper pro. If that is the case, that is a win win

Oh no, what kind of problems did you have? Just want to avoid them if I can. I've got three sophias on their way. I did buy extra ceramic cups just in case.
There is a way to wire it with just R wire but it's not a good idea for long term use. NR doesn't transfer heat it can sit trapped along the tube and ceramic without messing with anything; Conversely R wire pinned in the same place will heat your tube (potentially unpleasant) and your ceramics (okay but it tastes funny) and it has a chance via any contact directly with the little blue insulator or by heating the tube to wreak havoc on your rubber pieces.
I think the problems were just me! I just kept fumbling with everything and was all thumbs. It is ready to go when you get it and changing out coil is a simple pull it out push it in, so you really should not have any problems...
I hope I don't have any problems. It seems easiest enough. I'll just be careful with the ceramic cups.
I've only "slightly broke" 1 of my 18 ceramic cups, and it broke in such a way it is still useable. Was early on when I was fighting a problem with the first Dripper Pro's wayward center post. Never had a problem with the cups in any of my Sophia's. They are a bit of a pain to clean if you leave one in use too long without cleaning it (also something I did early on). And you have to keep it in mind just how long they stay way too hot to touch after torching them (I learned that one hard way - twice). But they are a great system once you know their ins and outs. I played with Kanthal only micro coils/cotton in them for a bit, but NR-R-NR are easy enough to do so I'm sticking to using them again for the micro coils. Stopped making the twisted wire coils as well, but am still using the ready wires I got from Stormy's because the Zapper V2 has STILL not got here yet (due tommorrow or the next day though). As much as I love all my Sophia's, the Dripper Pro's out perform them for the best flavor by a significant margin.

Do you know of a tutorial on how to do the NR-R-NR wire? My Dripper Pro is on the way and I definitely want to rebuild (I'll probably use XC-116 wicking too as I've gotten very fond of it).
There are lots of methods for making NR-R-NR without a wire welder, and lots of blogs/video's out there on them that vary widely. Here's just a few.....
