I have been vaping for a a few years. And these bans seem to push us vapors to the smoking section more often then naught. We all know the effects of second hand smoke to us. But I just have this feeling its intentional. Just so those anti-ecig / pro-tobacco can point and say it does cause the same things as normal cigs do. And when that happens you can bet, that MSM will pounce and the FDA. Taxes will be imposed, or banned further, this will then favor the big tobacco and their products allowing them to seize the market, kill (economically & business wise of course) the competition. Since their pockets are more deep then the ecig industry then can pay off the FDA and put some seriously questionable devices and juices out there that would either be equal or rival that of normal cigs.

Just a thought......

just seems odd that that the bans are going up like match sticks despite push back from community that vapes. I know "more research" is needed, but to out right ban in public places. The under 18 thing and ingredients I do think are OK but that is it.

POSSIBLE Ecig Conspiracy? Hell yeah! Typical work of the big tobacco companies who have the means to buy anyone and everything. This campaign also benefits the Zionist occupied, Freemasonic global government, along with the health care industry, and especially pharmaceutical companies.

Can you even begin to fathom what eliminating smoking tobacco would do? The loss of revenue gained from the taxes involved, along with the negative impact on the health care industry; it would be devastating! No more sick people from tobacco = bad business. This would indeed negatively effect TONS of people! Imagine how many jobs would be lost? Imagine how the decrease in tax revenue would affect the government? Therefore, they will not allow it!

They simply CAN'T HAVE THAT! So, hence this whole BS with the FDA. I strongly applaud everyone who got involved and submitted comments to them. Although, I have to be honest. My opinion... They'll wind up doing whatever necessary to push their agenda through regardless of what the people want. We've allowed them to become way too powerful.

You would think that the police state the U.S. is becoming might find something better to do than make vapers criminals.

What's better for this state to do in your opinion? Maybe cut welfare... But, I can't see anything "better" than preserving the income and jobs secured by the tobacco industry, along with the health care business. So they're doing what I'd expect them to do. There's a very strong reason for them to pursue this. It's not just for fun, to make us miserable! It's to preserve cash flow, and to keep getting fat off our backs. Please realize, this is serious money, worth far more than your health, and ultimately, your life!

Couldn't possibly be because vaping emits a substance which looks kind of like smoke and that businesses and municipalities dont want to deal with people complaining about vapers or that there are not enough studies out saying 2nd hand vape is harmless...

Nope!

That's certainly not the case.

Yeah I could see that happening. I know big tobacco doesn't like vapers around because we're taking their business, but I think that's a good thing. Getting people away from cigarettes and doing something that's not as bad for your body and get a hobby out of it, that's a win win. I think it's crazy that they're even trying to take our right to vape away anyway. Doesn't really make sense that they see all these people that have quit smoking and have fun vaping and try to take it from us.

As much as I don't want to classified with smokers anymore, I really think common sense has to used. When I work in a hospital or medical facility I don't except to be able to vape inside, and none have a problem with me going right outside (smoking is banned all together at healthcare facilities in PA) I am ok with that. I don't like it when I hear people vaping in a store and blowing vape in workers faces or co-workers facies and using the excuse "it's not illegal". No it's not but you just f'in rude inconsiderate a** that helps people endorse bans.

I do believe a lot of banning is money related by governments or special interest groups backed by BT. But some of the pushing is done by over over protective parents that thinks it's the government's job to do the parenting for them.

No doubts that if the FDA does impose very restrictive bans, local shops, and small inventors will take millions upon billions out of the pockets of BT.

Hi, I would like to put forth another opinion about the "being forced out with the smokers" statement. I too am told at work that I have to go outside to the smoking area and I hated it. Until I realized that this was a golden oportunity! What better place to win converts and educate the poor masses of smokers to what they are really missing than when standing around with them? I figure the little bit of second hand smoke I'm inhaling is a small price to pay for helping others to see that there is another, better way. I try to remember how guilty I felt standing outside smoking with people looking at me as though I was commiting some terrible crime just because I was enjoying my smoke. I listen to them cough and complain about there sinus problems etc, etc. I then put on my best teaching hat and go to work educating about Vaping. I have recently even started carrying dip tip condoms so I can let them try a few Vapes and I'm thinking of giving away some of my not so favorite beginner type set ups. I think we need to be as active in converting smokers to Vapors as we each can be! No one should be safe from our efforts to educate the smoking public, family, freinds, co-workers, bosses and strangers in parking lots who are curious. There is strength in numbers (Votes) and this should be our goal. The Government wants voters involved, well lets get involved! Keep on Vaping on :)
