Ok so I am not sure if this is the GGTB or the adapter I got from mad vapes so I will post this the general forum if no one knows but here goes.

I reciently got a GGTB from a nice person on the forum. As all of my current stuff is 510 stuff I ordered a 901 to 510 adapter from madvapes. Anyways when I got the TB I pulled the Boge carto off the provape I was using and threw it on the TB added a battery and got nothing. So i tried it back on the Provari and still nothing. I thought no biggie I must have shorted it or something so I p[ulled out a new cart popped it on the GGTB and it worked perfectly. Well some hours later when my only battery died I tried to throw it back on the provari which had a full charge but the carto doesn't work on it. I've tried this with a couple other carts since all new. If I put it on the provari it works untill I put it on the GGTB once it has been on the GGTB is will no longer work on the provari.

Is this an adapter thing or is it possible something needs to be adjusted on the TB? Thanks for any help.

personally i would order a 510 top cap from bruce at clouds of vapor for the ggtb... and then just use that ... adapters are good most of the time i have had a few bad ones in my time vaping ... but its better in my opp to use a mod with a native 510 connection its my opp ... and i have found it works better for me...

sounds like its shorting out the carto's to me ... the adapters have a little rubber ring like a o ring but flatter it could be off center and allowing the posative and negative to touch..i have had them do that to me a few times ... now i just dont use adapters ... problem solved ...

sorry i know thats not what you wanted to hear .. but it could be the adapter...

I had a problem with the GGTB, my protected 14500 batt werent connecting with the bottom batt connector because of the plastic holding the PCB in place, I think the neg connector is too flat, so I trimmed a very little bit of the plastic of the bottom, not too much and it then worked OK, hope this makes sense and it helps , Good Luck
