CASAA has word that a hearing on this bill will take place next week on LA Senate Bill 491 (SB491). CASAA was informed by "well-placed sources" that Senator Heitmeier intends, through an amendment, to add to this bill a ban on the use of e-cigarettes wherever smoking is prohibited.
