Possible side effects?

I gave my mother my wetbox and some juice to get her off analogs yesterday
and within one minute she started getting itchy eyes and face plus breaking out in hives.
I let her try my eGo with some of the vg juices a couple weeks ago that I had, and she didn't get the same reaction.
Now, I was using just vg juices from different places and I never had a problem
although I did notice that using 24mg of nicotine kind of gave me a "buzz".
I got sort of "buzz" from it which went away pretty quickly!
Keep in mind this was my first use of e cigs and juices.
I could be wrong but that's what it felt like.
I ordered some cinnabunz,thin mint at 18 mg which is a pg/vg 50/50 mix
says the suppliers site.
Suddenly I am getting a tremendous headache, kind of foggy,unfocused
and a general sense of malaise.
Has anyone else experienced this from a one time use of pg mixed juices? {hives,itchy }
I haven't had a problem with juices that I've ordered which are just vg.
I see different effects on people depending on the blends but is this also an effect
from pg alone or a combination in your opinions?

Your mom seems to have an allergic reaction to PG based liquids. Have her stick to VG. Some people have similar reactions, I guess I am one of the lucky ones that has been fine with both types. The headache, fogginess, and such almost sounds like your getting too much nic at once.

I have to agree with Nixsdaddy. Too much nicotine has been known to cause headaches (in some cases migraines) and a general "ill" feeling. With large doses it can even cause vomiting.

Wow 100mg/ml nic. That's nuts how many hits before your head is spinning and your guts are churnning? Damn I DIY and use 100mg/ml but won't touch the stuff without gloves and safety glasses on. Be careful and Happy Holidays

Check out alienvisions, hes got some killer juice in all VG, tons of vapor and great taste. That'll straighten her out

haha I don't know -- as much as I love vaping in general, I just don't seem to be able to get much nicotine no matter what juice I use, so sometimes I vape the 100mg stuff by itself -- but usually only when I'm drinkin

the only time I've gotten a bad reaction to it was when I put two drops on my hand and then rubbed it into my gums... (NOT ADVISABLE!) the first time I did it I was fine (had probably 18 beers) but the second time I did it (probably 8 beers) I forgot to not swallow and I almost honked -- had to cleanse the palate with hot sauce and water repeatedly to not chuck

but just vaping it? no, I don't get a reaction from it -- except that after 3-4 hits I don't feel like taking another hit for a good 30 minutes or so

The first juices I bought from Tasty Vapor were a 24mg nicotine and 10% vg
and the only problem I had was a little, okay a big buzz from the nicotine
but his juices are really tasty!
Also got a slight headachey feeling but that was my very first exposure
to any type of nicotine in a juice form pg or vg.

Just to update on my mom she is getting hives from my "cinnabunz" which is one of my few 50/50 mix's at 18 mg but the other symptoms which I didn't mention (vomiting,........,weakness} turned out to be from having contact with my nieces kids. One is a pre schooler.
She teaches in a pre-school where the parents tend to send their kids even when sick arrgh!
Kids are sooo germy!

Nice, glad to hear she is ok. I use both PG and VG at 24 mg and have not had a problem.

You could buy a cheap bottle of VG at walmart and dilute the nic mg down a little and see if that helps..alot of easy DIY instructions on here to help you!
