Nice thread Brad :p:D

I'm with the rest of ya.

I've lived on 4ish hours of sleep since I was around 11, a LONG time ago. :D

Every now and them, maybe once every 2-4weeks, I crash and burn for 1/2 to a full day.

I work for myself and travel all over for work at the customers site. Kinda sucks going through time changes, back and forth, sleeping little, and having your brain sucked out each and every day by users wanting to get their moneys worth.

When home, I've found that that 12+TB of storage has been wonders. No cable or sat for me. I've got an old computer that chugs away 24/7 'collecting' movies and tv series for me.

Speaking of which, I saw the latest Breaking Bad and Nurse jackie come through, or maybe catch up on Spartacus, of course there's also SG1 and any of teh Star Treks, uurrgh, so off to that...

Think I'll have a nice carmel-cappucino :vapor: to go with that.

Here and back
checking in, 3-4 hrs a night until I drop for 14-16 hrs. every 3 or 4 weeks. I own my own business and have a hard time shutting my brain off at night.

Shutting off, that's my problem. I have headsets I wear at night so I can still hear the TV (hubby can sleep) and my brain doesn't go MPH thinking about what I need to do. I turn TV onto something very boring with mostly voice, no need to look at pictures.

I'm more of a night owl.
I love sleeping whenever I get around to it but I enjoy indulging my obsessions even more. I just can't let go of the day until 3 or 4 A.M.
I've always been this way. "musician's hours"

Most of the posts I've made at ECF that I sincerely regret were written in the wee hours. I'm able to delete most of them before they get posted but some get through.

I average about 4 or 5 hours of sleep at night.
If I sleep in too late in the morning I wake up tired and disoriented.
A 30 minute nap works wonders.

Wish I could nap. Once I'm up though, I'm up for the duration. Like most others I just can't shut my brain off.
And pain from lots of injuries is intensified from living in the rainy seattle area.I hate rain.

l.o.l ,I'm in the seattle area. What's the sun? Been so long since I've seen anything but rain, I'd think the apocalypse was upon us if I saw the sun. :)
