All I can think of is "bellyrubs"! My cat did that when we walked by just to charm us into a bellyrub.

I feel that way on holidays.....they think they should get to take all the left overs! I cooked it.....NO you don't get to take it! 
I make up dishes for leftovers..one per kid and one for us. I use the cheapo pans from the grocery so I don't have to hunt down my plastics!
They always come over the day after Thanksgiving and we all go downtown for fireworks. So they get leftovers then Christmas we don't have a traditional dinner, one year we had enchiladas. No leftovers that year....LOL
I save whip cream bowls and sour cream containers for when I do send stuff home with them. My plastics do not leave my house!!

My family doesn't always have traditional holiday meals either. I buy whole turkeys during the year and put them in my tabletop roaster for my pups. I don't eat much meat except for salmon, halibut and turkey. Ha ha, I do the same thing on my sour cream containers, Fudgey - works out great.

This little guy had been hanging out in our pecan tree.....the heat is getting to him too
We think he might be sick though because DH almost got all the way up to the tree before he took off.Fudgey, at first I saw nothing but that cord hanging down and thought......."what?".......but then I saw the squirrel! It's like camouflage in that tree.
Poor little thing! I adore watching squirrels. I have seen them sprawl out like that in heat. Hope he's ok.

The cord is from a security light in the tree pointed on the alley behind the fence. The tree is huge so you can barely see him...LOL They are annoying.......they eat all the pecans.....and they can strip them all off before you know it......LOL
