It's crossed my mind that she could use a playmate. Can you imagine feeding TWO mastiffs?! That crazy idea will probably be delegated to the back burner until I get her in better shape. It would also be a rescue. There are waaaay too many animals in rescues that just need love and some educated training.

Anyhow - Back to our regularly scheduled programming!

Yeah, and my husband has such a soft spot for them that we ended up with seven of them! I wish we could rescue all of them!

Rave -- what CES said! From unwanted to loved and useful is a huge plus! I think that's a really great idea to train Lexi to find either of you in the event of a mishap. Kudos on the adoption and keep us updated on how the training is going....

Classy -- I think all kitties are sweet. Well, almost all of them. I am getting ready to bring home two unholy terrors tomorrow, Nova and Piper. This sweet little thing whose picture I posted some time back has turned into the most rambunctious player and he bites -- hard! Nova is almost as bad. Kitten season is almost upon us so I will have bottle-feeding babies most likely. I'll share pics as they come in.....

Fudgey, the banana-eating bunny is sooo cute. Whenever I see such a sweet-tempered, cuddly bunny I always wonder how my brother and I ended up with two meanies. Maybe because they were adults and hadn't been cuddled when young. It was so disappointing when I was a kid.
