Posting a picture...?

I have photobucket, I tried to put a picture in one of my posts in the women's room

How can I post pictures w/in a post here?
I got a link finally in there but used to post pics in other forums of pics I had in photobucket... Can someone help...

I guess it has something to do w/ the Adobe I operate then- Photobucket has an announcement on site now stating that anyone running Adobe Flash XX must save image to notepad, etc, etc- That must be what I havethen- I guess things changed in the last 2 months- (about as long as it has been since I have been on Photobucket)- Thx again!
