I'm no doctor, so feel free to take what I say here as you want.
If I were experiencing issue's of that sort, I would drop anything that may remotely have an influence on the condition, for me that would include all vaping, regardless of nicotine level. I would stack the chips in favor of finding out what the issue is as soon as possible, once you have a clear diagnosis and treatment plan you can decide if vaping was a culprit for the issue or not, and if not, if vaping is safe to do during whatever treatment is necessary (perhaps better worded, decide if vaping will interfere with any treatment/healing process).
Like I said, I'm not a doctor, this is just my opinion.
