50 dollar weatherproof webcam and a long usb extension cable has kept me from missing packages happily for the last 5 years. Even has a speaker on it so i can tell him just one moment while i put on pants lol. (damn i love working from home)
lol thanks. I thought so too. It has also saved me from having to get up just to deal with a solicitor.
Grand total installation time? about 10 minutes...
Drilled a little 1/8 inch hole so i could fit the cable in behind the weather stripping when the door was closed. Dapped it with a touch of silicon (not needed but why risk it it). Ran the cable in up behind my already wired home theater pc. And when i'm working in my office i just punch the webcams ip address in on a google chrome window and viola. Instant live video. No need to even have it plugged all the way into the pc you intend to use it on. As long as its networked you are good to go. I even use it when i'm not at home. On more than one occasion i have voiced in from vacation to tell the postman to leave the package in my grill behind the apartment.
Best part is watching them jump when they aren't expecting to hear anything.

Lol. It sucks I've been waiting for too long. At least I have a grand to use now. The one that I ordered is an LP grand. After I had to send mine to rob for rebuilding and had to use a provari and nautilus mini. I vowed to never be without a backup Reo again! Now I just need a woodville.

Also I need some suggestions on what atty to get for my LP grand. I forgot and ordered a brass rm2. I will still use it on my other grand but would like to try something else on the LP. Two coils max. I don't really see a need for more.

Maybe you need better dogs. . . mine bark when they hear someone come down my driveway so I have time to get on clothes before they even ring the doorbell.

I feel your pain. I have come to the conclusion that anything of value should not be trusted to any organization tied to the us govt. All my stuff gets purple and orange fedex label these days. But on the other hand my town has the worst rated post office in the country.

On my last order I made sure someone was home to sign for it. When I got home it was not there. When they finally updated my tracking info, it said that they tried to deliver but noone was home and they left a notice. Neither actually happened. I was fortunate enough that it was at the post office when I went to pick it up the next day. It's no wonder that the postal service is going broke with such terrible customer service. I can accept most things but don't lie to me.

Just bribe the mailman - it never failed for me - i cannot remember the last time i visited the mailbox, since he likes Italian food and i give him gift cards for a place that work gives me!
All my mail is delivered to my door, and HRH signs for any that needs it. If nobody's home - he comes back later and tries again. Never had one of those slips left
btw RM4/Atomic - good choice! You could run quads or more on it too - if the fancy took you! But duals are what i normally use on it.

$20 and a Christmas card gets my registered mail dropped on my doorstep. Postal carrier was freaked-out about getting a Christmas card in April lol.

Fu__. Oh well par for the course! Fed ex looking better every day. At least I have one to use in the mean time. Glad u said something. At least now I won't waste the time going to see about it. Lol [emoji35]
