The suppliers forums are for discussion with suppliers, not purchases as such.

Are you talking about the classifieds?

I'm not sure, but if you can't post there now I'd bet the number is 15 or 20. Just keep posting, you'll get there. If you just hit 5 post during this last hour you may have to wait till the forum updates at :25 after.
