ok ,saturn now i am confused ..an 808 is not a mini ,correct ? They have xl batteries now and with the car adaptors and pass thrus battery life should not be a problem ? The complete starter kits with chargers i am seeing are around 65-80 not 300.00 .Vapor 4 life ?

NO, saturn is talking about blu, revolver, volcano... expensive e-cigs the size of a cigarette. Now may be a good time to learn about mah.

Every battery has a "mah" rating which is basically a rating that tells you about how long the battery will last between charges. For every 100mah you can expect about an hour of use (depending on how much you use it, but that's near the average).

the standard 510 = 180 mah (1-2 hours)
the mega 510 = 280 mah (3-4 hours)
the standard 808 = 280 mah (3-4 hours)
the xl 808 = 380 mah (4-6 hours)
the eGo = 650 mah (6.5-8 hours or so)
the mega eGo (or eGo XL) = 1000 mah (10-14 hours or so)

If you get anything less that 650mah I would recommend that you also get the PCC to go with it, unfortunately I don't think that they make a PCC for the 808 XL batteries, so with two of them in a kit you'll either want to be home within 10 hours or carry around your charger, or get extra batteries. IMO.

The one at V4L is an 808. It's a two piece pv. You either use their prefilled cartomizers or fill your own. They come either with an XL battery (which is very long) and that lasts up to 8 hours. I don't know if the 8 hours is true but it lasts several hours. If you sign up for their newsletter they have great sales. I'll see if I can find a code for you.

Then there's the 510 - very short battery life, or the ego. The ego battery lasts about 10 hours. With this you can use cartomizers, or an atty and cartridge. You can also get the ego-T. That has a clear plastic tank you fill up with juice. If you get the ego-T, get a box of cartomizers too.

Before you purchase, check the warranty information on the site. Sometimes a bargin isn't such a bargin.

I first picked up a Joye Ego kit with 2 complete e-cigs and a bunch of empty cartridges. Manual operation came very naturally to me at least, and the newer batteries have a actual off mode. For the price I am very pleased with the Ego stuff. New ego-T tank system is also very nice, although my pina colada juice hardly produces any vapor on it (Cinacide, and others are great)
