Steamengine is helpful for finding a rough starting point, but like everything in vaping, you may find you prefer more, or less, watts than the exact calculation. Eskie is right about that, for sure. I *do* like having a rough calculation to start with, but I rarely vape as high, though it's nice to know my coil's tolerance, kinda, if that makes sense...

Well I'm currently vaping a single build .75 kanthal @ 30 watts :)
