Power Switch Questions

Im looking at making a 3.7v dual 18650 box mod. I want to incorporate a power switch so that it can be turned off when I pocket it.

Im confused about the ratings on the switches that Im seeing, like this one Round rocker switch lighted on/off BLUE 12v..USA SELLER!!! | eBay If I use this one, will the LED still come on when its turned on even though its not running at 12V?

It will still turn on, just not as brightly with lower voltage.

at home i dont need it
.... when i travel i put a small pice of credit card in the battery holder ...just one either side pos or neg


put it inside mod with sewing thread tyed on not to loose it...
