power/voltage for Dual Coil

I am only experienced with BOGE SR & LR. I decided to try out a smoktek Dual Coil in one of my tanks. It reads 1.5ohm, what is the proper W or V to run it at? its performance is weak, and i have no clue where the sweet spot is. Please and thank you!
