I just wanted to say that with all the companies I have done business with in the ecig market, when it comes to quality of product, and customer service no one comes close to Rob and Chad at Altsmoke. They've repaired my bullet twice now, not from defects mind you but from me making mistakes with adapters and such, complete user errors. Immediate responses, super fast repairs, and always going above and beyond what anyone can hope for in any company. Chad even modified my 901 adapter so I could use it safely on my bullet, which has greatly improved my vaping experience. No one matches their kindness and dedication to their customers, and I just wanted to praise them and show my thanks for making my vaping experience such a pleasurable one. Thank you so much... I'll second the praise for the team at AltSmoke. I haven't had too much interaction with their customer service, only because I've never had issues with any of my mods

These things are really built like tanks. My SB (the first ever mod I purchased over a year ago) still fires like it did the day I got it, the BB's my traveling mod, DBSB's for showing off and the Omega, is my daily go-to mod. The thing is near perfect. Even though I've not taken it apart to clean since I received the Omega in August, it still works perfectly.
