"Some" prefilled carts have a plastic cap you can remove and then you just drip juice in from a dropper bottle. When you buy the juice it comes a in a plastic bottle with a dripper or you can also buy a needle dripper bottle: All vendors sell these:
Blunt Needle Refillable Dropper Bottle
BUT some carts are sealed and almost impossible to refill.
Is there a name on your Ecig/ PV?

Thank you both! Now how would i know if i can refill these throw away catridges that i bought already> That part is throwing me, as far as supplys i would need....

Im a heavy vapor and prefer the real tobacco taste, nothing flavored...
There is no real tobacco taste but I enjoy my tobaccos. Faves are DKTab and RY4- both very popular with tobacco vapers.
Im currently using the cig20 brand...
Just remember that the Cig20 is an 808 threading so any cartos you buy MUST be 808 or 901. These are the only ones that will fit your PV.
Vapor4Life is a reputable vendor that sells blank 808 cartos.
Blank Cartomizers:
Premium CoolCarts Vapor King Blank Cartomizers (Pack of 5) - Electronic Cigarettes, Cartomizers, and MORE! | Vapor4Life
Some enjoy their 555 and WOWBoy
E-Cig Tank | E-Cigarette Tank | Cartomizer Tank | Vapor4Life
You'll also have to choose the strength of the nicotine level in the juice.
Also prolly want to buy a drip tip:
E-Cigarette Accessories | E-Cig & Vaping Accessories | Vapor4Life
Good Luck.

thanks you for being patient with me..
It happens when you get old and decrepit :D
what is a cartos, sorry dont know all the lingo yet
Generally the different delivery systems:
atomizer/ atty- an element- used for testing juices so you don't spoil a cartomizer with horrible juice
cartridge/ cart+ atty- cartridge has filler and is saturated with juice- juice drips on to atty
cartomizer/ carto- a metal tube with element and filler- juice from the saturated filler is vaped. Must be topped off occasionally This what you would be using.
carto+tank- carto with a hole punched in it surrounded by a metal, glass or plastic tank that's filled with juice. Juice saturates the filler via the hole in carto
Clearomizer-wick+element in a plastic or metal tube with NO filler.
Here's an Ecig glossary with "most" terms:

Honestly the cig2o juices are the best tobacco flavors I've tried IMO, but it's too expensive to just keep buying their cartos instead of refilling, granted I haven't tried too many tobacco flavors, second best is Smokeless Image's Desert Joe

When
I first started vaping I thought I'd never get into anything other than tobacco flavors, but Gooey Butter Cake, and Chocolate, and Grape changed my mind

Hey there Libby! I also started with a cig2o and yes you can refill their cartos. They say that you cant but its just a matter of prying off the end cap. A knife or small chisel works great for this.

Vapage (cig2o) does have some great tasting tobacco flavors but for me the problem is that they only have a few options for nic, no flavor adjustments, and everything is 80/20 PG/VG.

I buy a lot of my juice from sweet-vapes. Try a couple of the sampler packs, makes it easier to find good juice without paying for big bottles.

Many people have found (myself included) that after vaping for awhile, that your taste buds will start to change and you will want to branch out from other flavors. Don't be scared! There are some fantastic flavors out there. Some are tobacco based like Boba's Bounty, Bounty Hunter, Gorilla juice, or not at all tobacco such as Creme Brule, Vanilla Strait, Watermelon.....The list is endless really.
