Traded analogs for a 4081 device(smokestik), about a week ago and loving it..It came with 3 prefilled cartomizers and I also bought a 5 pack of prefilled cartomizers..I am not a heavy smoker/vaper but these things wouldnt last half a day..After discovering this forum and realizing I could refill I just received my first order of e juice from backwoods brew today and I have 5 carts sitting on my desk soaking in juice..The stuff smells great cant wait to try it..After seeing what the carts are supposed to look like after I add the juice and the cart is full I popped the top of two "prefilled" carts and they looked bone dry..Is this normal? No wonder these things werent lasting me half a day..and I got the burnt taste with two of them....Now that I got plenty of juice I will keep them moist all the time..No more "prefilled" carts for me..juice all the way..

I don't know how SS works they may get the cart's from china already filled in which case alot of time may of gone by for the juice to start to evaporate, check out azsmokefree.com and goodprophets.com to buy empty 4081 cartomizers, the empties come with a soft rubber cap that you can pull right off with a paperclip, no worries of cracking the housing trying to get the hard plastic off of prefills.

I totally agree with you. Pre-filled are NOT the way to go! To expensive, less taste, etc. I am experimenting with several different e juice suppliers and filling my own now. So far I have tried the Lucky Slicks, Johnson Creek and Gormet Vapors and have found IMO that the thicker juices give better flavor, but less vapor and harder on the attys. I smoked Marlboros and the closest I have found (so far) to that taste is the Lucky Cowboy from Lucky Slicks. But the Johnson Creek version is thicker and cheaper.
