U only have to fry a carto once before you get the hang of it. That's nasty! But hard to get the hang of until your used to what it's supposed to taste like

First you've gotta get your tastebuds back.

Some guy told me that I'd "just know" when the carto was empty. Sure.

Look for a distinct change in flavor and decrease in vapor. One carto lasts me as long as the charge on an XL battery. If I try to put it on another battery thinking it's not quite empty - it's toast. ewwwwwwww

Exactly what Dawn said. Once the taste buds are back fully, it's much easier to tell. And if you're refilling, you'll learn not to wait too long since you'll be refilling the carto anyhow.

Lmaiuri..... I'm a chain vapor too and working with two batteries at a time really slows down the burnout rate on cartos (they don't get so hot). I have also found the same thing as dawn, you think a carts still good, change the battery and yuk!

My experience (so far) I like either a 555 or RY4 throughout the day in 18 mg.. in the evening I switch to either clove or almond Joy believe it or not ;0) or some other different flavor like orange crush in 24 mg strength.. even though 555 and RY4 are in the tobacco branch of the juice tree, they are different and more mellow then the strait up Marlboro clones.. I use jumbo cartos from Nhaler and they last quite a long time before top off as they hold 2 ml in the initial fill and top off with about 3/4 ml.. I am not a chain vapor so these last about 1/2 day before top off.. I also use their drip-o-mizers which are easy to top off.. Juices come from BWB, FSUSA, and E Liquid Planet.. all made in the USA.. I also like the V4L WOW cartos
