Halo cigs carries it in smaller bottles if a liter is too much for you. I'm not positive if standard mix is 50/50 though.

When I first bought from Halo in April, they offered 70VG/30PG and 30VG/70PG e liquid. For some reason, they have since changed the choices to 70VG/30PG and Standard. Whether Standard is 30VG/70PG, I do not know, and I'm annoyed that they don't/won't specify.

Standard, I suspect is 50/50. Can always e-mail them.

I will do that, although on their site they say they won't reveal the proportions because it's proprietary information, so who knows if they'll cough up the info.
