Looking for vendors who sell pre mixed base, 50/50 pg/vg and 12 mg nic in various sixed bottles. Any suggestions appreciated.

Did you want freebase or salt based nicotine?
If you are vaping 12mg/ml, you will need to use a stronger concentrate to start if adding flavors.

Suggest you look into buying 100mg/mL nicotine liquid (most select 100%PG base for easy dispensing).
A few possible reasons:
You can always dilute the nic but it can be a little more difficult trying to boost the nic accurately.
Cost per ml.
Never have to worry about having the right nic strength.
Cleaner to keep track of with respect to buying bottles of different strengths, if you decide to change.
Where to buy? Suggest trying the ECF search function in upper right hand corner (google/Youtube may have an answer) of this post. Could type in "best nicotine".

I completely understand why you ask, and I completely understand the responses you've gotten about 100mg nic.
I think you should look into www.ecblendflavors.com
They have almost any size bottles in almost any % of almost anything you want. I think they're good.
I do 50/50 and I've bought that base from them in several smaller sized (up to around 60ml) bottles. But, normally I get 50/50 base in larger bottles from other vendors.

My freedom smokes has some too. They don't custom mix, but do have a good combination of pg/vg in enough concentrations to come close enough to suit nearly every one.
