sauce: sour cream & mayonnaise 2:1, pepper, sweet little white wine, mustard, salt, pinch sugar.
After the cooked potatoes ( in shell ), lukewarm cleaned, cut in slices.
taken into the bowl with red onion mixture in layers and covered with sauce. If the bowl is full to the top with sliced boiled eggs.
