prefilled nic cartridges?

I am looking into buying a simple ecig (i have looked at safe smoke, green smoke, and apollo but am still deciding) to use to quit smoking. I would like to order it fro the states so I can get nic cartridges. I don't want the hassle of refilling them myself especially since I am just using it to quit and Ive heard that refilling them yourself could result in nicotine overdose if you don't do it right. So I guess I have 3 questions: Is there a basic e cig that you would reccomend over the rest? Is there a way to order nicotine cartridges fromthe states without it getting stopped at customs? And if not is there anywhere to get them in Canada?

Unfortunately I don't know of any vendors in Canada selling prefilled cartridges, but filling them yourself is really just a matter of ordering the juice and dripping it directly in the cartridge. Absolutely no chance of overdose since you're buying the liquid from a reputable vendor.

No Canadian vendors have prefilled cartos.

Refilling your own cartos will NOT result in nic overdose unless you are refilling them with a DIY mix that you have no idea of the nic level. If you have a 24mg juice and drop in a carto and let it sit, the carto will still be filled with 24 mg liquid.

Ordering from the states is a gamble. Yes a fair number of us have a good success rate BUT there is ALWAYS a chance that your order will not make it.

Honestly there is no reason to order from the US with so many fabulous vendors in Canada.

where would you reccomend buying an e cig and 'juice' from then? Is there somewhere in Edmonton? Is there a particular site from the states people have had more success with?

I started with Green Smoke my self and I have been very happy with it. The problem is that it takes forever for the order to come in (3+ weeks) and there is always a chance for you package to be seized at the border. Also, after 2 months of usage, recharching batteries 3 times a day, they all died. That doesn't happen so quickly with a real Joyetech 510 or eGo where you do have to re-fill the cartridge.

Going from smoking tobacco to e-cig is a very good step forward for many obvious reasons, but using nic/liquid e-cig is letting you addicted to nicotine. The step ahead to fully abandonned any nicotine consumption is rarely accomplished without a real planned will to do so.

There are some Canadian suppliers that sell pre filled nic cartridges, if u look for it, but the ones i found only carry the really old stuff that is using old tech ( cartrdiges, atomizer, rubber/plastic cartridge with filler) and isn't sealed in the packaging so i woudn't really recommend that. You can go with non empty cartos thou and a kr808 model and just refill it yourself, just buy premade e-juice of medium concentration ( 18mg) and I don't really see how you will OD yourself on that. You can OD yourself if you DYI make your own e-juice, which is not your case.
