Prefixes or what-not..where are they!!

Ok... first I will have to apologize because I know this is possibly a duplicate thread, somewhere! I have looked for a few hours now and simply do not know what these are called to perform a search.

I am trying to find a standard log of the prefixes- I guess what they would be called, for example!!!

Is there a site feature on this forum that tells you what these mean!! I believe I have seen it when I went through the new members forum .. but I can't remember where. Thanks to anyone who can bring this to light.

You can also move your cursor over them some times. like move it over atty and it will say atomizer. That thread in the new members forum is on page 4 now.
