Premium blank cartos are getting way hot on one side...

which is preventing me from drawing deeply. I'm wondering if the filler material is not getting completely saturated all the way around? The heating element is perfectly centered so I know that is not the problem. I'm thinking that the needle and syringe method of filling is the best as it will allow me to get at every area of the material. Does that sound logical?

I should add this is only happening on 2 of the 5 I have.

Take off the cap and see where the atty is. If it is not centered, it may be causing the side of the carto to heat up.

That's where the Taryn spin comes in handy. Spin it after filling to distribute the liquid evenly.

I noticed it with the auto battery. On the passthru, it didn't seem to be very noticeable. Weird, huh?
