Cryx sir as has been stated before, when dealing with customs and liquid from China, things take a bit. It's why V4L doesn't give a hard date on releases, they announce when the liquid is in hand and ready to go out to customers....
Wow version of cowboy menthol is excellent IMWylde, as Ms. Mmc said. Actually prefer it at times over the premium, it's a back and forth on which is one is the my 5th/6th seed.

One only needs to look at the stock update thread and notice the trickle of juices, as compared to the stream of cartos and hardware. When was the last time you waited for months to get a battery? It's getting bad enough that someone from V4L, not an enthusiastic customer, needs to level with us if something is going on because my enthusiasm is gone.

Yes. The nearly exclusive absence of Premium juices for over 5 months now is just -- weird.
I know that premium cartos have been rolling in, which confuses me even more (i.e., that means the factory didn't burn down). It must be a serious customs/FDA harassment thing -- which would explain the complete radio silence (on V4L's lawyers' insistence).
I'm just baffled, and frustrated, and worried for V4L.

Lady Eleanor it's easier to get hardware from china than to get liquid of any form, especially if it's a large amount of liquid....
I guess i just dont understand being exclusively hooked on one flavor ..or maybe i never let myself .Sure ,i could vape my dunhall menthol all day every day but i switch it up .Please people find backups and try other flavors ...otherwise your vaping is really no different then your analog addiction is it ? JMO ....
Would I love to have some smilin in rotation ,or my wowboy or my virginia 18 mg menthol ? Sure ...but it certainly isn't the end of the world ....i just tryed the regular tobacoo flavors again to see if my tastebuds have changed ! You might find a new 2nd flavor if not your new fav on accident

Yes, V4L, quote kindly answered me a month ago. Unfortunately it was devoid of substance. All we know is there are multiple problems including importation. They didn't say the factory burned, went bankrupt, renegotiating their contract, sold exclusive rights to someone else, etc etc etc. They didn't say the FDA is harassing us again, holding up shipments, etc. They didn't say we think it might be resolved in 2 weeks, 2 months, 2 years. They didn't say we are refocusing on cartos with limited juice availability.
It's getting old to hear "try another flavor". I have been through the tobacco samplers, the coffee sampler, the menthol samplers, the desert and candy sampler, and a few dozen of the random handful of loose cartos that V4L used to include in orders. I like(d) wowboy, kamel, cowboy menthol, LOVED black licorice, LOVED clove, watermelon, sour cherry, peach cobbler, espresso, cinnamon roll, ry4, etc. The problem is I get an allergic reaction after hours or a few days: my sinuses congest, my chest gets tight, I get a smoker's hack, and/or I get sores in my mouth.
I've been running on fumes, thanks only to the unsolicited kindness of a few people. I desperately need to restock and I haven't yet found a backup vendor. I've been trying samplers from other vendors and unfortunately can't find another daily vape. Some of us aren't so lucky.
For those content with a great vendor becoming an increasingly unreliable vendor, that's perfectly fine and I'm very happy for you. I'm not and I don't think I'm the only one... Actually I know I'm not. I have to listen to increasingly frequent complaints from at least 5 converts. They say they are tired of waiting, where should they get juice. I have to say I don't know. Please let me try your flavors if you get some. I'm sorry you gave me some of your juice and now you are out too. I'm sorry, because I never imagined it wouldn't be back in stock.
So please forgive me for finding a flavor (wow nuport) that I can vape every day with no problems, and actually keeps my sinusitis at bay. Also please forgive me for wanting to know what on earth is going so I can calibrate my expectations. All I want is a straight answer. That's all.

Cryx sir if you remember the great wowboy shortage of '10 it was the same issue, it was the same complaint from all the wowboy users. Yes it sucks that they're out of stock, but this is something beyond their control, and every vendor who gets their juice from accross the pacific are feeling the affects of the new laws to some degree. V4L happens to be a very popular company with cetain juices which are more popular than others due to their greatness and uniqueness. This leads to issues with customs being far more noticeable... Sorry you and your "converts" are suffering, but that is why it has been suggested many times by many pople here (especially after the shortage of wowboy) to stock up when your juice is in stock. And Mark sir has addressed the issue as cleary as possible many times in the past few months:

There's another example. As I stated before, and as you got mad at me for it, compaining is doing nothing to help your cause. This is an issue they can not go into details of, most likely due to lawyers now being involved. It well publicized that the FDA was coming down hard on the import of ecig items from China earlier this year, one of the cities sited was Chicago. It's not the vendor that is unreliable, it's the country and those that run it meddling. Things will be worked out at some point, it was with wowboy. Sorry that's the best anyone can tell you. The people you should be targeting though aren't on here, it's your congress person, senator, president, etc.... Those are the people responsible for the shortages.

Cryx, I'm sorry you feel like we haven't give you a straight answer, but it is a complicated situation. I'm not trying to evade the question or withhold information, but we have to be careful with what we say. I can say the same thing I've said over and over again. We are doing everything in our power to get juice in, and it is starting to come in. I'm closing this thread now because it's pointless to argue back and forth.
