This is just a general comment, but I've noticed that certain premium juice makers are just very good at what they do. Since they are blending relatively inexpensive ingredients, it's not the price of ingredients that makes juices premium. It really seems to be the skill of the blender.

Props go out to those who do it well!

Absolutely. I have seen juice being bottled. $25.00 premium and $8.00 store brand 30ml bottles are bottled on the same line with the same flavouring brands, same nic and same PG/VG.

All about the type and amount of flavouring. Cooler labels and sometimes more expensive bottles are the only other differences.

Do they even use the same manufacturers of flavors we do or do they have professional grade stuff...I mean if it's the same equipment, flavors, etc...why can't we get the same results?
Ding! Ding! Ding! we have a winner.

Most who've had problems finding a good budget vape usually don't take the time to systematically research their choices. They just dive in based on a couple recos and then are surprised when they aren't happy.

My first thoroughly researched budget company was ITCVapes. I'd grade them 6.5 or so out of 10. You at least Do get what you pay for there. My 2nd, Ohm's I'd grade about 8.5 out of 10. Not a juice from them yet that hasn't been decent, especially now with the Boosted option.

I spend about $1.10 A Day on juice. I was spending $7.50 on 2 packs of 305 Menthol Lights a day.

That amount is so close to DIY it's not worth my time or effort to do it. (IMO)

I am not saying there aren't rare exceptions in Premium that are hard to duplicate and are worthy of a splurge now and then. I Am Saying that for day to day vaping most all the Premium juices Are Not 3 times as good as their price would dictate.

I've had good to wonderful juice at every price range. Price doesn't really dictate outcome. Hell, I can wholesale certain popular juices and slap a label on them and charge anything I want, doesn't change what's in the bottle. There are juices I like that warrant paying for, others, mostly day to day stuff, really tends not to be that expensive. This is just my experience, others may feel different.

I was telling about diy versus buying it online or in-store....I diy and have no clue how they get flavorful juices with the same stuff I use....of there's something out there I'd like to know so I can use the same stuff and get comparable results.
Many weeks of trial and error, teaking and re-tweaking and beta testing for each flavor.

I had a hard time believing this but apparently it's true and that is many of the most successful e juice companies steep their juices for an average of 3 months before the juices are ready to go .

That is very telling to me and shows just how important steeping is to some top shelf vendors.

Seems most DIY ers want to vape their mixes much sooner and expect great results , usually doesn't work that way.

You can give 2 chefs the exact same ingredients and I think we all know the results will always be different. If you have to pick which chef you will eat from would you pick the line cook from Denny's or the Five Star Chef that's runs a 5 star restaurant? That's the difference. I will gladly pay a little more for a product that I know is cooked by a pro who has been putting out a great product for years, than by someone is only doing it a short time.

I steep my DIY Juices in this Oak Barrel for thirty days before I move them to a clean Wine Bottle which has Charred Oak Dowels placed in them, or try the liquids that I've made.

I just tried Ohm's finally and ordered Grape Ape, Rainbow Sherb, Rain Main and Strawberry Lemonade so far I have only vaped the Sherb and Grape and I am very impressed. A good grape vape is hard for me to find and I have tried more then 20 but so far this Ohm's is the best one I have had yet. I didn't let them steep. They were pretty good out the bottle.

I respectfully disagree. I just tossed a bottle of POET in the trash. That was, without question, the WORST e-liquid I've ever tasted.

I've got bottles of Mad Town Vapor and Affordable Vaping of NY here that are wunnerful and cost less than half what a bottle of POET goes for.

There are some premium brands that are worth the money. (Personally, Twelve Vapors, Teleos and Friend & Faux) There are some that aren't.

I threw some Jimmy The Juice Man in the trash. It was Unicorn Porn. It is to this day the worst premium juice I have tried followed by a few others that I threw in the trash or gave away. Fuzion Vapor Unicorn Blood was another really disgusting juice that made me puke. It was blue in the tank and looked like port a potty liquid and damn sure tasted like it too. It really goes to show that taste is subjective nobody what type of juice you buy.

Every price range you will find great juices. You can find plenty of great juices from value vendors. Consistency is a big thing I look for. One value vendor I order from the juice is always the same always perfect. On the other hand another value vendor my wife finally stopped ordering from one time it would be great. Next order would be horrible or the taste would not be quite the same. I've had those same experiences with even mid level and higher level priced juice makers just depends. Some have mastered the craft of the juice they offer and some I think go after a more medicore juice production and put a ton of weight on marketing.
