I was thinking about VAT for the last 5 mins. Ok, lets say that someone buys a product from a land store. He will pay tax (or VAT in EU).
Now lets say that someone from USA buys from stuff from Greece. Greek seller made a sale to him so he has to charge VAT for this sale and give the VAT to his country, that is Greece. The only way to not charge VAT to a person is only when this person is a proffesional. Like me and Bruce for example. I dont charge VAT to Bruce. But if Bruce didnt had a legal store and he was an individual then I had to charge him VAT.
Greek seller or any other seller must charge VAT on all his sales to individuals even if they are in a different country. I am more than sure about that
