Imeo, Is that a yes to get a mechanical Proteus with my reserved serial number or were you joking? I tend to drop mods in water (love to take a relaxing bath and vape) and am sure Proteus' mechanics wouldn't like that.

Ok, I have to say some things about GG constructions and about the availability:


1. See how many constructions I have made
2. See the number of the pieces that every GG construction is represented.
3. See the difficulty of those pieces

Now check what other people are making and you will understand that I am maybe a hero that I manage to keep GG constructions running like that

So idk what to do my battery of choice is a twist and the peny is for me if it's not a mythical creature. I have just gotten the short end of the stick way to many times. Idk what to do. Any advice would help

One of the realities of GG stuff that I've discovered in my short relationship with them is that you can't sit around waiting for Imeo to make one for you. If you do, you could be waiting a really long time. Even worse, he may come up with some new brilliant idea and never make that thing you want again.

Maybe I'm just lucky. I got a Penelope in trade here for an rba that I had two of. Hell, I didn't even know what a Penelope was when I traded for it, but it was something different, so I went for it. Of course, as soon as I got it I was so amazed with the little thing that I just had to get a GGTS to see what that was all about, so I traded another couple PVs for it.

If I hadn't been willing to take a chance, I'd have no idea how fantastic my GG gear is. If I just sat around waiting for Imeo to make me one, I'd still be vaping away on those PV's I traded. These aren't mass-produced items, and they're not just going to show up for sale when it's convenient. You have to be willing to take a chance, or you may never get that thing you're after. If you're not willing to risk the aftermarket, there's a decent chance you'll never get your shot.

It sucks that you had an issue with the classifieds, but I'd bet that's how a majority of us got our gear. You can't just wait for it to fall off a tree -- you have to climb up there and grab it. And yeah, you might just end up falling out of a tree empty-handed... but based on what I've experienced getting my GGTS and Penelope, with another GGTS on the way (I mean, I have to have something to put that Ithaka on), chances are everything will go just fine.

Thanks Imeo, since English is my and your second language I am a little confused when you say "you can do that" . Does that mean I can opt for a Proteus without the electronics or I would have to take the electronics out myself (I wouldn't even know where to start) In case I can get one send to COV without that would be awesome. Time to buy more batteries. Thanks Imeo.
