I've read that PG should last 2 years if stored properly in a cool, dark place. It would help to reduce it's exposure to air, to minimize oxidization. You could rebottle it into several smaller containers, each with as little air space as possible. Glass would probably be best, plastic might give a bad taste to the PG after time.

Thanks a lot, I think I will do so, I mean, rebottle it into glass bottles.......I am very happy, I've been searching for hours, but can't find PG in a smaller amount, say about 50 or 100 ml. Not here in Holland.........however glycerin (Wilton brand) we can buy, in a local store, and also Lorann flavourings........but a small bottle of Lorann(3.7ml) has a price of at least 3.49 US dollars........!!!!
