Pretty new to Vaping

Heya all, I quit smoking like 2 weeks back and started on vaping, like it pretty much, just it doesn't feel the same as smoking since it 'fills' your lungs up.

Using a iTaste vv and a iClear 16.

Anyone recommend me what is nice for menthol? lol

I tried the Halo Sub-zero @ 12mg but not much kick from it.

Your APV is fine, as is the iClear 16... so good to go there. Can't recommend a menthol... unless you want to order from the USA.
If you think it's weak, can you order your usual with an "extra shot" of menthol?

Don't know your smoking history. If you've smoked 2 PAD straights for 40 years, then 12 mg is really weak to start.
Even if you've only been smoking for a few years, 12mg can be pretty weak in a clearomizer, so I'd suggest stepping up to 24 mg, and if it's too strong you can always mix it down with the 12 mg.

You might, if you're light on the iTaste settings, bump up to around 8-9 watts.

I always bump up my Voltage to 4.0v to get more vapors, when its running low i lowered to around 3.3-3.5 to get more taste outta it instead. (I dunno if I'm doing it correct, just testing it out abit)

And well I found out what I'm using is a VV 6-in-1, only allows to adjust the Voltage only.
That guide is surely a good read for me starting out like this.

My dad uses menthol and was a heavy smoker for over 30 years, I don't use menthol personally, but I advised him to order from Crystal E-Liquids, at a 16 or 18 mg and he likes it, maybe you could try that one. 12 mg is what I tried starting with 6 months ago when I started vaping, and it was too low for me, so I had to go up to 18, and I smoked for 20 years, and 18 seems to be the perfect amount for me (At least that's 1 thing I figured about the many things in vaping I wonder about)

Wondering what is a good mix, since what I have in hand is pretty much Jasmine and Menthol.

Mixing them doesn't bold well for me, since its either one taste is stronger than the other.

Just the feeling is totally different after vaping for 2 weeks, my lungs seems clearer now and not as much phlegm
