I know I am not the only person that has noticed prices are starting to drop on the standard ego type e-cig. One vendor as low as $39.99 for their brand and others clearing stock of the Ego. Wonder what this all means?

Something better on the horizon and stock being moved or just settling in on a lower price. Anyone have the inside scoop? I'm not complaining about the new prices, just wondering what is on the horizon. :)

I did get an Ego passthru that rocks, maybe that is going to be standard... who knows...

It says on that site that the minimum order is 50 kits though.

They will gladly sell you small personal use quantities, I just contacted them.
That is how I obtained the estimated quote ($25 one or two kits, $9 additional batteries).

If you order in large quantities, the kit price is $19 to $22

This explains the pricing.....

I'm Done Playing This Stupid Game ....

Joye & Janty won't let their eGo vendors sell eGo kits for less than $74.99 or you get hate mail from both of them.

I have distributed Joye products for 2 years (longer than anyone minus Janty themselves)

If they don't like the new pricing, this will be the last run of Joye eGo's I guess. So you might as well get them while you can!

Just tired of the Bullsheet ...

Joye eGo Kits: $49.99
Batteries: $14.99
Cones: $3.99

-CaSH is out!

Sounds to me like the Joye/janty was trying to keep enforce some artificial inflation.
That and we went from the only places to buy eGo's where TW and Janty...to Everyone has it now.

Isn't eastmall in China? If you order from China, the factory Shenzhen Kemeier said they can sell me 2-battery eGo kits for $25 and additional batteries for $9.
Hot selling e cigarette eGo - Detailed info for Hot selling e cigarette eGo,eGo,Hot selling e cigarette eGo,eGo on Alibaba.com

Those arnt joye nor janty eGo's...Gold threads and rubber button are the knock offs. Now no one has really determined the knock offs to be a bad thing...but them lying about it isnt a great start.

Well it's not a start, and I'm not sure that they're not eGos. The site is a supplier, much like a supplier here in the states. The supplier Shenzhen-Kemeier-alibaba does appear to have the closest working relationship with factories there, sort of like the e-liquid.cn site with Microcig Technology (maker of the vGo). But it does appear to still be inflated, that I do see clearly. They're selling 2battery eGo kits for $25, and batteries for $9, but if you are a supplier, you can get kits for $19. Even then, I'm sure there's profit in it, so I'm not at all saying that $19 a kit is rock bottom un-inflated. Kemeier may have a deal with eGo makers too, after all... they make them.

Ivapus, I didn't go that far yet, I'm still having fun with my shopping cart at e-liquid cn, with CE1s, CE2s, vGos and 50ml liquids (or 100, not sure yet), and over there the shipping lloks like it will be between $37 and $60 something for me, it depends on how enormous my shopping cart is.

that's one of the reasons i never buy anything first generation. that and let them work the bugs out before i buy.

those that have to be first in line to buy are the first gen testers and full retail buyers.

UntamedRose mentioned a rubber button.

Could it be that the Riva has a better button than the 1st gen eGo? Didn't the eGo button used to get get stuck like a Toyota (<--is that right?) accelerator or something like that?
