Hello, wondering if cleaning an atty out and leaving it dry for a week or two would do any damage to the atty? They come with primer but not 100% sure why, thinking it is to prime a cart of course but did not know if it helped in any other way.
From what I know, the primer is there to keep the metal parts from corroding etc. I wouldn't think a week would be a problem, but I also don't see why keeping it moist with a few drops of juice would be either. Long term storage should definitely be kept under some sort of 'primed' conditions.
good to know Iamreality, never thought about it being a metal protective, thanks.I was checking the cleaning post on atty's and saw a few that primed them before storage and some who did not .So knew there must be a reason.

You should store your atomizers wet. The primer is there to keep the wick from drying out. My recommendation is make sure they have some nic juice or plain PG on them and store is a air tight container.
