priming question

i tend to not find the balance between how much to prime and how often. it either ends up too dry and producing lots of vapor with an occasional bad taste, or a good taste but little vapor. and tips on how many drops to prime with and how often? i use a 510 model.

I'm usually doing one or two drops to the atty bridge each time I refill my cartridge.

If I've cleaned my atomizer, I'll usually reprime with 4 drops.

Cartidge filler makes a huge difference too. I think I've tried about everything. Sighhh. Finally found filler Nirvana. I'm using AquaClear foam from PetCo. I've used it for about 4 months now, and won't go back to anything else. Wicks the liquid to the atty great and it works in all models.

how often do you refill your cartridge so i have an idea of how often to prime then

As a filler I use the HighPing mod. Closest thing to dripping I have come across and wicks to the lat drop. You will know when the juice is gone. The usual vapour production drops off.

Then I do a couple of things:

First I blow out my atty, because when you vape condensation collects in the atty, especially in winter.

Two I wipe down the cart, you can see the accumuation of condensation on it. Where do you think that condensation goes? Yup! to the atty as it drips.

Three I refill my cart

Four I drip 2 drops on the atty and place the cart on it, I am eady to go.

I have yet to get a burnt taste yet with the aforementioned method.

Everyone has different needs when vaping... your mileage may vary *grin*.

I go by flavor and vapor production. If it starts to taste the least bit "off" I'll put a drop on the atty, and put as many drops into my cartridge as it will allow. Same for vapor.
