Hello, can someone please help me with private message box?
In the left navigation bar under "My Messages" it shows two folders; inbox and sent items. When I click on the inbox I can see all of my incoming messages however, when I click on the sent items fold there's nothing there. It shows me a box that says "folder controls" and one that says "icon legend," but no copy of the messages I've actually sent.
Can someone explain this to me and hopefully tell me how to get my sent messages to show up. I've fiddled around in there but did not see any way to get them to show up. ANy help and direction would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a bunch.
