It occurs to me that, in light of the pending regulations, these might be forming here and there around the interwebs. A place where like-minded vapers can help each other out once the prohibition starts. If anyone knows of some such group/site/list/whatever, please PM moi. It would be very much appreciated.

That was a general statement regatding EVERY message board.
No PMs on any message board are private.

Every admin control panel on every v bulletin or Xenforo based website has the ability to view PMs. Anyone with admin experience knows this.

Most sites respwct member privacy and don't, but yes the ability to do so is there.
It's not a secret.
All forums are like this.

It was an alalogy.
Since you missed the hint:

No one is gonna openly discuss planning a black market site.


Most private (legal) trading sites are invitation only/ referral only, and they rarely approach strangers.
Usually legit members who have been on the public end of said site can get approached as well as new members referred by longer term members.

I am not aware of any true private vape trading sites, but Im sure there are some out there.
