That would look awesome with Pluid in it...for about a day. I'll pass. It's a shame too, I would have ordered it if not for the plastic tank.
I wonder how many potential customers have said that? I just don't understand some of these tank manufacturers' thought process. They're hoping to sell a finely machined and finished piece of stainless steel, aluminum, or titatium at a pretty stiff price of $60 or more. Then instead of using the preferred tank material to their pride and joy, they put a lousy piece of plastic in there.

It can't be about price. OCD at IBTanked has proven that it doesn't cost that much more to use pyrex; what, $5 for a tube? I'm shocked and disappointed at the same time that high end tank vendors have not caught on to what customers have been demanding for several months, that they want pyrex and not polycarbonate or acrylic plastic in their juice carrying devices. They don't want to be vaping on their favorite Mountain Dude juice only to find that the tube is melting their tank after spending $80 on it.

The Fluid Flask is a new, sexy-looking cartomizer tank. What's the first thing that I looked for in the spec sheet? Does it use glass or plastic? I, and apparently many others from initial comments on this tank, commented on the crazy good looks of the tank and then quickly forgot about it once we learned it used a plastic tube.

Some manufactures are starting to catch on by at least offering a pyrex or quartz glass tube as an aftermarket accessory. Hoosier Vapes (Bella and Elegance tanks), Vaporfexion (all the cartomator tanks ie Pro-V, Pro-V2, and Pro-Vex tanks), and Siam Mods tanks are now offering glass tubes as an accessory.

I went ahead an picked one up. I have several IBTanked tanks, but I use my plastic J-Tanks just as much. I don't use any juices that crack the plastic, so I'm good. I wonder if IBTanked could make some glass for this tank... This is the best looking tank I've seen for the ProVari regardless of what material the tank is made of. Plus, it holds 3.5mls vs. the less than 2mls my smaller tanks hold.

I second this. Now I will buy if they had the Prive with a pyrex tank.

imind, what part of Cleveland are you from? I grew up in Mayfield.
i live on e 4th street in the gateway district downtown...if you ever find yourself in cleveland again, check it out...its a great place to have dinner/drinks...

i can't argue with those not wanting to purchase b/c of the plastic, but its just too damn purdy to pass up...and i have other glass/pyrex tanks i can use for juice that will eat the plastic...they sell replacement plastic tubing for it so i'm sure they will eventually produce glass/pyrex for it and then i won't have to wait for the preorder again. same with the fluid flask, i'm all over it...

Would it be difficult to have one made for it? I mean, if you have the extra tube, couldn't you take it somewhere and say "make me one of these in glass/pyrex so it fits this tank? I agree with the plastic comments, I don't use red hot, bananna, etc. and I've never had an issue with a tank cracking or melting (YET, knock on wood) but I do use menthol mixed in with all my juices and I believe I read somewhere that menthol will do that also. Maybe it's because I only mix a small amount in with my redbull or honeysuckle that I don't have the problem????

I can't find one of these tanks anywhere online right now! Any leads?
there are a couple european vendors but not all of them ship to the US, and i would assume that would include all of north america as i see you're canadian. what up, neighbor? lol. here is a link for Prive special - Gr-Moddersgrmodders. they were kind enough to send me an email when preorder was available. send them a message via their website.
