Any reason why? or maybe I have missed it,a similar regulation for local bodys that we can use to go to our local bodys and say WE want this in place for ecigs,as the antz are doing through their trying to be proactive and get their agendas to the local countys and states..
Maybe we need to get PRO active and take some sort of proposed legislation( basically saying that we wont sell to anyone under 18) and get it passed.Sort of like change lab solutions is trying to do with their attempts at getting grass roots regs out to local areas.
why dont we go on the offensive instead of being defensive all the time in our local communities.
Defensive to some may seem like we have something to hide,but if we bring it forward first.they at least know we KNOW it needs regulated for youth and that we agree with that sort of law.
Unless I missed something about us doing that somewhere..
