Pro Vari Dragon

I noticed 3 things that are different then my other 2 Pro Vari.
1 It has the new notched Top Cap. It works well.
2. The LED numbers are larger and easer to read. Older units about 3/16 inch tall. New about 1/4 inch tall
3. The positive post is rectangle instead of round works great.

Wondering if anybody else noticed the difference?

Yes, those are all current changes to the 2.5 devices. Last year they were testing the rectangle contact; some had it and some didn't. I believe all the current ones have all three changes. My green one does, which I think I got this spring, but my bronze that I got in December 2013, doesn't.

I got my 4th mini last week, a blem Polished. It had the 4 channels, bigger LED, but still the round 510 pin....could be why it's a blem?

Could very well be.

My blem came with the older LED screen.

Not really even a blem IMO.
