typically the needle screws into the plunger part. Seems to me the syringe I purchased from The Smokless shop required some... screwing around with to get it right. There was some sort of integrated cover I had to remove my force. BE CAREFUL, you can really poke the hell out of yourself. So it seems that mostly it's a bunch of screwing and poking...

On one end of the needle there will be a plastic piece, that should screw onto the end of the syringe. Be sure to keep the plastic cap on the needle until you use it so you don't accidentally poke yourself.

I hope this helps, good luck!

I should add that the cap will twist off the needle, it's not a pull off. So twist the needle onto the syringe snuggly, then you should be able to twist the cap off. A little tricky at first...

Actually what really clinched it for me was on my day five, I took about 4 drags off a cigarette and it was so gross. The reason It was 4 drags was I couldn't believe how bad it tasted.

Maybe that might be something for you to try, not that i would encourage smoking, but that is really what sealed the deal for me.

Yes, I know and tomorrow will be numero 3. hehe. Does it even get easier as time goes on? I saw one girl relapse after 11 days!

That was probably me... Even smoking the few I did those days they still were not IT for me so this time is much easier. Yes alot of the initial reason was stress related and part of me just didnt want my husband who has stage 4 cancer to smoke them all himself..

It's gets a little easier but it's never easy. I quit for almost a year 2 years ago and then went back to it. I said a couple of months into I would never go back to it and felt pretty secure I wouldn't and I let my guard down coming up close to a year. Like a previous poster said one day at a time!:D

I quit analogs cold turkey for 10 years once(after having smoked for 10years) and for three years once(yes I am really, really old, LOL), it was hell both times, for the entire time. The transition to e-cig for me has been wonderful! From the first day, the only time I have picked up an analog was while my replacement for a faulty atomizer was being overnighted to me (and I nearly wept, because I had to return to analogs for the day). I am nearly a month on e-cigs and doing great!

Okay, I've never used a syringe and a needle before. LOL How do I get this needle that came in the green thing into the syringe?
Well, most syringes should be of the luer lock system and you should be able to put the needle on it , turn it half to 3/4 of a turn that should lock it in then move your hand up to the needle sheath grasp it firmly and pull it off (I know this because I am a nurse not a junkie, LOL)
