I have 2 Efest IMR 18350 800mAh 3.7v High drain batteries that I bought from a friend. At the time, they worked perfect. Now, a week later, only one will charge to it's full potential. The other one dropped to .10v and stays there. Somehow my mod was firing by itself, and I think that completely drained one of the batteries. Anyways, when I try to charge the battery, it gets up to 1v in 10 seconds or less then slowly gets to 1.07 and stays there.

Is my battery dead forever? As soon as I take it off the charger, it drops back to .10 within 5 seconds.
I have left it to charge for 3 hours but it stays at 1.07v. My friend said it only takes 3 hours so i'm afraid to go longer then that.

Any little secrets about batteries I don't know, or should know?

i'm going to a local vape store today to buy an 18650 because i'm currently double stacking and it's not working out that good, besides, i've heard bad things about double stacking.

Unfortunately that battery is no longer good. Discharging past a certain point causes irreversible damage. You need to pull them for recharge once they drop to 3.5, 3.6.

And you are spot on to go get an 18650 as opposed to stacking :)

Thanks for the info, I figured that battery is done for. Time to go buy an 18650!
