Have you said yet what level of nicotine you are using? Nicotine is a skin irritant. Like if you are using 24mg, 70pg/30vg may be not enough VG on a hotter ecig. KR8's vape hotter than 510 which are 3.2 volts. Try more VG or less nic.

And some flavors are more likely to spur coughs than others. For me it's ones with a sharp edge to their sweetness.

i'm vaping 18mg nic level juice I'm going to try using the tobacco flavored juice I have in the mornings for a while to see if that helps I might also next time I order juice get some that is a higher vg and maybe one that is lower and just experiment to see what works for me. Thank for the advice all and any other suggestions feel free to add

The reason you don't cough when you smoke is because the cilia in your lungs become paralyzed when you smoke. When you don't smoke they start moving again and doing the job they were meant to do...clearing the gunk out!

Interesting. What chemical in tobacco smoke is responsible for paralyzing the cilia in the lungs?

Just making sure - you are bringing the vapor into your mouth first, then inhaling right? If you wait an extra second before inhaling or pull some air in with it then that can help.

Also with manual batteries, you can push the button in before your drag then let it up a bit before the end of your drag so the last vapor into your mouth is not the hottest.
