Give the unit a good clean per manufactures instructions.

Not sure what you mean by ''heet''. Try using the translator and seeing what it comes up with....or post a photo of the problem

@Izan eewh....big tobacco....can't help with those then first time i've seen them and presumably it's a vaporised tobacco product which i would never buy or encourage anyone else to buy

Noted and I mostly agree.
IMO: It is NOT smoking and any device that helps move folks away from combustion is a win.

I have a friend that has been using an IQOS for a solid year.
That is a ton of cigarettes NOT smoked.

Suggest taking your equipment to a local B&M Vape Shop (Visit)/someone who knows what their doing -----Might be simple or it could be dangerous.
