itazte VTR wont work

First thing i just got my new itazte VTR this day, unbox it and try for the first time. At first it work and i got a good smoke. Then my battery need to recharge so recharge it and after couple of hours and the battery is full charge. I put it back in my VTR and it wont start up anymore. Try to press the fire button 3 times, nothing happen. Try to test my battery in my itazte SVD and it work, but in my VTR it wont work. I cant turn it on even though i try other batteries nothing happen. Anyone has a same problem with me? Need help with this. Thanks..

I'd contact the seller and have them exchange it... it sounds like you've tried everything you can do.

Yeah i put it in a proper way, at first it works and i vape for a quite awhile, but after i recharge my battery and put back it doesnt show anything in LCD. and i cant turn it on anymore. It is a brand new VTR.

Are you putting it in properly? Did you reverse the poles on accident?

I think you did not put it in properly. Please check that you have it put in the right direction. It only works 1 direction, not the other.

Did you get it figured out? Was the battery placed properly? If your still having trouble and the battery was properly placed I would immediately contact your seller for a exchange. Do it quickly because some sellers only give 48 hours for a exchange window. I don't know where you got it from but they should honor a exchange if it's brand new. Hope this helps.

Get hold of your vendor definitely. Innokin is pretty good about backing their products. My VTR went wonky in about two months and they just swapped it out without a hassle.
