Hello I've bought the kit and I aut neo classic problem of the strong flavor of burning liquid with Janty and I noticed that the problem persists until the battery loses some of its charge, so when the battery loses its maximum charging the problem disappears. I assume that the problem is the voltage with maximum load.
sorry for my english tanks

H I assume that the problem is the voltage with maximum load.

Atomizer or Carto?
Could be a wicking issue (the flow of the juice to the coil is too slow). Higher voltage will vaporize juice faster. If the flow is too slow, you get burned juice.
Also, check the ohms on the atty/carto.

EDIT: nm. Found it. It's a Tank system. Anyone have one of these?

Check juice flow.

As far as I can tell, the Neo uses some modified CE2, so wicking issues should be expected, I guess. In any event, the Janty people make all sorts of claims about it so maybe you should contact them and ask for a solution. Below there is a quote from their designer, which seems to indicate that you shouldn't experience any of these problems. And they say it's a "tru 3.7" so you shouldn't feel the battery losing power in your vape. In fact that's their selling point for a: that you should have a perfect experience without any hassle or modding. If you don't, you should get your money back. Are you sure it's genuine, though?

This device is also a true 3.7 volt device.

More important is the fact that we have developed a puromizer specifically for this device - this puromizer is essentially a combination of a cartomizer, and a clearomizer - but everything in it, has been made specifically to enhance throat hit, taste, and wicking.

The puromizer, ohmage, and battery are all perfectly aligned to bring this sensation to life - this is not just another chinese "Slap'n'sell" product - we thougth about this, tested it thoroughly, and now after a long time of developing, we are selling it.

The whole idea behind the NEO Classic is that we want to bring uncomplicated back to the e-cigarette world - this device works fantastic, and is absolutely no hassle to operate, or maintain.

I hope cross-quoting is not frowned upon

In the beginning that God awful taste is more than likely from the primer they put in the puromizers when they ship. Take the battery off and open the silicon thingy. From the battery end of the puromizer blow out the liquid that's in it and put fresh stuff in. I've had my Neo Auto just about 36 hours now. Wanted to cry at first cuz it looked so beautiful but tasted and smoked like ....! Give it time. I'm just starting to get great feel and taste and am beginning to love it. You can also go to the Janty sub forum for more info.

Another remedy to annoying burnt flavor and to not tighten the battery by leaving 1.50mm 1mm of space between the ring and the puromizer, in fact I noticed that the battery is completely screwing the airflow control ring can not have any space adjustment, assume that the battery has a thread too long or also due to the fact that screwing the battery charger to the battery contact is lowered too, this remedy eliminates the annoying burnt flavor and also avoids the annoying whistling during the pull. Only drawback is to have loose from the battery puromizer with the danger that this is unscrewed, but you avoid having to leave open the silicone plug.

I was going to buy one of these cause the janty dealer is right here in buffalo, and wanted to support a local business. However after reading a few posts on the janty neo I've decided to steer clear. Thank you for posting this. It helped me make my decision to get something else. Plus, it seems it can't vape 100% vg juice, leaking, and carto issues.... why did they make this unit at all? It looks great, marketing is on spot. I'm sorry you are having issues. I hope they reslove it for you.

Efforts useless with battery-charged and screwed up only strong burnt flavor, I hope that solves the Janty as soon as the price is not just popular. Thanks for the wishes 

Bought Neo classic starter kit. Also 5 Spare puromizers. After watching the commercial by Mik I was convinced this was a no leaking proposition. Let me say that I am very disappointed. I'm using fresh fully charged batteries And brand new puros. 100 percent PG liquid I bought from janty. THE NEO DOES LEAK. The first few puffs each time are okay. After the first few then the gurgling starts. I have found once the gurgling starts then you get your problems of leaking. Rubber flap is always completely closed with me. LEAKing is coming from where the battery connects with up the puro. When I unscrew the battery, you can see where the liquid is pooling up on top of the battery. I wipe it off with a q tip and paper towels... re screw it in and it works fine again until it pools
up again next time. ALSO OF NOTE.....once you get the gurgling.....you always start sucking up juice thru the mouthpiece. YUK!
