Problem ordering from Intellicig.com

Well they have confirmed that they have everything in stock, it;s just a case of clearing the back-log of orders now. (Apparently, as of this morning, they were clearing orders dating back to 12th March).

God, I HATE waiting, but I have to say that the communication from intellicig has been superb.

Ya I agree that we should order with online tracking, but they don't provide you with that option for international mail. Its frustrating to check the letterbox each day and keep asking the postman , do u have something for me today except the store trash weeklys.

Do you know how much it costs to have that facility? You have to use a carrier like DHL or TNT and they are expensive if you're only ordering maybe a couple of kits. Royal Mail have a 'tracking' option but that only states that an item has been handed over to the postal services in whatever country. There is no common tracking agreement or facility unless you are prepared to pay for it. Also, with carriers they want numerous copies of the invoice and the consignments are much more likely to be pulled by customs, at least with ordinary airmail there's a good chance of them getting through.

intellicig are a good company but it seems like right now they are swamped. For anyone awatiting for their orders to ship, they will ship eventually.

My order placed 3/11 was delivered today -- pretty much in line with the two-week turn around from placed to received as last time.

After reading gadgetmonster's post this morning saying that his (?) order was dispatched yesterday, I had high hopes of receiving similar news today since we ordered on the same evening.

However, I've just logged in to check and it's status is still just showing as 'invoiced' so I'm feeling all deflated and sad (altogether now.... Ahhhhh!) LOL.

I have nothing to complain about really as it hasn't been that long since I placed the order, but I'm just so eager to get going. I have liquid and flavours and bottles and PG and VG and syringes all sat here... and have nothing to try it all out on.

Just received an email saying "Hi, your order has been packed for collection by DPD courier on Monday and will be delivered to you on Tuesday with a signature required"

So I'm lookink forward to being able to join the community properly on Tuesday!

i totally agree with you. they charge just 7 pounds... i ordered 16 march... says despatched on 23 march, but i dint recieve it by now.. shall i expect it monday 30th. how long does it take ideally for normal airmail.

I ordered from them on Friday 20th, and still nothing since the email about delays. Starting to wish i'd ordered from somewhere else tbh, as tonight is my stag night, and I wanted it here by now so I didn't have to keep going outside to smoke.
