Problem ordering- Please help!

Shawn, I am trying to order and every time I try I get about halfway through choosing and adding to my cart and then I get an IE message that IE is closing because it can't keep your site open...? something to that effect... anyway, then my whole computer closes down and I have to restart - reboot- get back online...
getting a bit frustrated- I am completeing another order w/ JD so will check back later this morning- Going to bed and hope you see this soon! Thx!

definately weird. noone elses crashes, i guess if it keeps it up u can always call me and do an order over the phone.

IE used to like to give me fit's ( especially after I got Vista) and on top of it I just plain don't like it's layout.
Have you tried Firefox browser? I've never had a problem with it and I like that I can change the skin on it to different color's and theme's hee hee It also has add-on's ( I have ad-block plus which I LOVE)
Would be good for a back up at any rate when you encounter issue's with Internet Explorer..
There's also google chrome but haven't tried that one yet.

I definitely recommend changing to a different browser, whether it is Firefox or Chrome. Anything is better than IE. It's possible that some of the recent additions to the site (most likely the Live Chat) are causing some intermittent issues with IE.

Never have we seen it get to the point of shutting down/crashing the computer, just the browser sometimes.

Switch to Firefox or Chrome and I'm sure you'll have no issues...

Hi Shawn, this is what I emailed you about last week. It is the same problem I am having. Very weird it is first and only time this has happened with any site.

PuffinStuff- use Firefox- you can get it free and I was able to order and now I am using it for my browser- I notice it is allowing me a few more features here too... Pretty cool!

For what its worth, the Site has required me to close IE the 1st visit I made but I was able to go rite back into it w/ no problems.

Ok, I've made changes to the site to change the order in which the new custom components are loaded. This should *hopefully* help with the IE issues.

Regardless, we still recommend not using IE as your web browser.
