Hey guys, i just recently started filling my own cartomizers instead of buying pre-filled carto's. It has only been a couple of days and im running into some problems. Im using old carto's which were the same flavor my eliquid is and i cleaned them out. After i drip about 15 drops into the carto it vapes great for a while but they run empty VERY quickly, after only about 3 hrs of moderate to heavy vaping. Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated.

I'd also make sure the cleaned carto is completely dry. My trick is to set them battery end down on top of a light bulb for 15 min after spinning all the water out I can. You should be able to get a lot more juice into a cleaned carto, probably 25+ drops in most cases. Give us the more details and we'll try to help!

Put the original cap back on the bottom, pry the top off, fill to the top, cover the top with your thumb or the other original cap, and give it a few wrist snaps to saturate. Drip saturating works best with fresh cartos, but saturating used ones requires a little force to get the juice into the fluff.

Then add juice if the top looks thirsty, and blow through it onto a qtip pressed against the battery side to make sure it's not overfilled.

partial condom filling...

fill bottom cap(condom) with liquid..now push your carto in slowly...repeat a couple of times..no dry risks at all.

works on new cartos and old the same way

MyFreedomSmokes has a new product for filling cartos. It is called the plunger kit and can also be used to clean your cartos. It is an adapter that replaces the needle on a syringe and has 510 threads. You screw your carto into it, put juice in the syringe and push it up into the carto through the battery end. No more waiting for the juice to absorb because you are forcing it into the filler. When your carto gets dirty just use the adaptor and syringe with a bowl of hot water and clean your carto by pushing and pulling hot water through it until clean, let it dry completly.

it is a neat product, but i'm finding it hard to push the buy button at $19 shipped for a little piece of plastic (plus 2 syringers and a needle), too bad they don't sell just the plunger part by itself for say $8 shipped (should only need a postage stamp to send it, not $6 like they're asking). noticed he took the quantity in stock number down, since it didn't look like they were flying off the shelf at that price as he anticipated.
